Cultural safety is about fostering a climate where the unique history of Indigenous peoples is recognized and respected. San'Yas: Indigenous Cultural Safety Training is one option for increasing Indigenous cultural knowledge, awareness and understanding. Faculty Relations will coordinate registration for SFUFA members to take the training, offered through the Provincial Health Services Authority.
