This 2-hour workshop will be targeted specifically for new or first-time grant holders. This session will orient researchers to common challenges and practices that will help manage grant project in a timely and productive way to meet both project milestones and schedule, as well as manage your funding. The session will focus on processes for hiring of research personnel, obtaining certifications, project management tools, and an overview of financial procedures commonly used by grant holders.
