2019 TechConnect Cohort Application
Please fill out this survey in order to apply for the 2019 TechConnect Cohort Program. The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act [R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468, s. 27(4)(a)]. The information will be used to confirm student personal information and grades and determine suitability for the program. Please be informed that the following is mandatory for participation in the TechConnect program.
1) All students must stay in the program for its full term (September 2019 to December 2019). 2) A FAS Advisor will enroll all program participants in a set schedule of courses for their first semester at SFU. 3) All program participants will attend cohort meetings twice per month with their fellow students and student mentors.
