We are conducting this questionnaire for the following reasons:

• To know who is staying in our residence community during the the Winter Break December 18th to January 1st, which includes the winter break period from December 22nd to January 1st when the university is closed. This is needed to help our Safety and Security staff and our Community Advisors here during the break know how many people are expected to be on campus and on which days.
• Who (from Burnaby campus) is interested in a meal plan during the winter break. During the winter break the Dining Hall will be open with limited hours with an opportunity to purchase a Winter Break meal plan for those who are here during the break especially our residents in the towers with no kitchens

• Please make sure to complete all relevant survey questions by 12PM/Noon on Wednesday, December 6th.
