Up to four seats per staff person may be reserved (yourself plus three guests) on a first come first served basis by completing the form below.

Please note that seat tickets for the ceremonies will not be issued.

The seats are reserved under your name. If your guests are arriving unaccompanied, please ensure that your guests know the name of the person that booked the seats.

Guests who have reserved seating should check in with ushers in blue gowns located near the front of the stage at least 30 minutes before each ceremony.

Space is limited and seats in the reserved section that have not been claimed 20 minutes before the start of each ceremony will be released to the general public.
